Chef Knife | Large knife used for chopping and dicing. Usually used in conjunction with a cutting board. |
Cutting Board | Sheet of plastic or wood on which food can be prepared, such as cutting and dicing of vegetables. Wood and plastic cutting boards are recommended. |
