This recipe is scalable. To make larger quantities, simply double or triple the quantities of ingredients as required.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 lemons (2/3 CUP OR 150ml) Lemon Juice
- Bitters (1/2 TSP OR 2.5ml) Angostura Bitters
- Sugar (6 TBSP OR 90g) White Sugar
- Water (3 1/3 CUPS OR 800ml) Filtered or Bottled Water
DIRECTIONS
- Squeeze the whole lemons to extract juice.
- Add Sugar to the water at room temperature (25 to 30 degrees Celcius) and stir to dissolve the sugar (stir for about 30 seconds).
- Add the lemon juice and bitters to water and sugar mixture and stir at room temperature to mix all the ingredients (stir for about 30 seconds).
- Pour into glass bottle and store in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled.
